How To Redeem Your Virgin Experience Gift Voucher

If you have a Virgin Experience Voucher to redeem, please follow these steps:

    Fill out the Virgin Experience contact form below, including your voucher code and PIN for each participant.

  2. 2.

    Within 2 working days, we'll email you a new code to book your experience directly with us.

  3. 3.

    Use your new code to book and manage your experience here. You will need to input your code at the checkout under the 'gift voucher' section.

Important: Once you submit the form, your Virgin Experience Voucher will be exchanged for a direct voucher code with us. From that point, your original voucher is considered redeemed and cannot be exchanged, extended, or reverted back to a Virgin Experience Voucher. Your new code will be valid for 6 months.
