Returns

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're happy to assist with any concerns.

You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to make a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. If the product is not returned in a saleable condition or if it is damaged, we reserve the right to deny a refund. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but you can place a new order on our website if desired. 

Returns: To return your order please visit us in-store at Scrapps Hill Farm, 550 Worting Road, Basingstoke, RG23 8PU or contract us at hello@laurafisher.co.uk. Please note that we do not currently provide free return labels—return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalised Products: Personalised and bespoke items are not eligible for a refund nor exchange.  

Faulty Items: If the item you have received is faulty due to a manufacture error, you may be eligible for a refund if you let us know in a 14-day window. 

Stockist purchases: If you purchased the item from a stockist, all returns must be made through them.  

If you received the item as a gift, you would need to obtain the order reference number and delivery postcode or email address from the gift giver. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. However, if our gift return instructions are followed, we can provide an e-voucher to the gift recipient for the price paid. 

Order Cancellations: 

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@laurafisher.co.uk. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any parcels once they leave our HQ at RG23 8PU. 

Custom Charges: 

Please note that Laura Fisher Ltd is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
