• Candle Care & Safety Burn for 3–4 hours at a time. Never move the candle while lit or until wax has fully hardened. Keep the wick trimmed to approx. 5mm and remove any wick trimmings or debris. Always place on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from draughts and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep out of reach of children and pets. Discontinue use when 10mm of wax remains.

For domestic shipping, we offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3 - 5 business days to arrive, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to make a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. If the product is not returned in a saleable condition or if it is damaged, we reserve the right to deny a refund. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, but you can place a new order on our website if desired. 

Personalised and bespoke items are not eligible for a refund nor exchange.  

If the item you have received is faulty due to a manufacture error, you may be eligible for a refund if you let us know in a 14-day window. 

If you purchased the item from a stockist, all returns must be made through them.  

If you received the item as a gift, you would need to obtain the order reference number and delivery postcode or email address from the gift giver. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. However, if our gift return instructions are followed, we can provide an e-voucher to the gift recipient for the price paid.
